Third-floor washing machine overflow caused cascading water damage down to the kitchen, requiring a full gut. The rebuild featured bookmatch countertops and two-tone cabinets — a better-than-before result the homeowner was proud of.

Project 04 — Wastewater Flooded Basement
Wastewater backup flooded the basement. Waterlogged walls, insulation, and flooring were removed immediately. High-powered fans and dehumidifiers were deployed, all remaining surfaces scrubbed with cleaners and disinfectants, and bio bombs placed in hard-to-reach areas to inhibit future mold growth. Rebuild included new insulation, prepped and finished sheetrock, replacement baseboard heat, new ceiling tiles, and homeowner-selected wall finishes and flooring — everything done to ensure a healthy home for the occupants for years to come.
